Prepare a mixture composed of 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 2 of orange zest, once obtained, you place it on your face for 20 minutes and when cleaning with plenty of water, you will see how it removes excess shine or fat on the face.

Banana, oatmeal, honey and moisturizer mask (Dry skin)

For dry skin you can make a mixture of ripe banana, 4 tablespoons of oatmeal and one of honey, with a touch of moisturizer. As it has a smooth and homogeneous paste, apply it for 20 minutes and remove it with plenty of fresh water. You will notice the difference in texture and color of the skin.

Cucumber, parsley and sesame oil mask (Against stains)

Combine half a crushed cucumber with parsley and a tablespoon of sesame oil. Then, you should apply it for 15 minutes and when you remove it you will notice that it will soften your skin. An important point is that you use it disciplined 2 or 3 times a week to eliminate sun spots or acne.

Among the adverse effects of homemade masks we have: irritation, allergies, hyperpigmentation, inflammation, dryness and hypersensitivity. Therefore, they should not be taken lightly, even when using edible products.
